Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters. This policy explains — in plain language — what happens with your information when you use Sweet Candy Nanza (the "App") and its companion website at bonanza0012.com. It applies to the App on both Android and iOS. No jargon, no hidden surprises. If anything here is unclear, reach out using the contact details at the bottom.
What Choices Do You Have?
We think rights come first, so here's what you can do — at any time, without asking us:
- Reset or limit the advertising identifier.
- On Android: open Settings → Google → Ads and choose "Reset advertising ID" or "Opt out of ads personalization".
- On iOS: open Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising to limit Apple-served ad personalization, and Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking to revoke the App's tracking permission (see "App Tracking Transparency" below).
- Clear the anonymous identifier we generate.
- On Android: open Settings → Apps → Sweet Candy Nanza → Storage → Clear data.
- On iOS: remove the App and reinstall it — iOS wipes app data on uninstall.
- Remove the App entirely. Uninstall it from your device and all locally stored information goes with it.
- Ask us questions or request deletion. Write to us via the contact page and we'll help you out — details below.
Depending on where you live (EU/UK, California, etc.), you may also have the right to access, correct, port, or object to how your data is handled. Drop us a line and we'll walk you through it.
What Information Do We Collect?
We keep the list short on purpose. Here's everything — grouped by how it's gathered.
Automatically, the first time the App starts
- An anonymous identifier. The App generates a random identifier unique to your install. It's not tied to your name, email, or phone number, and it resets if you clear the App's data or reinstall.
- Your device's language and region setting. We read this so the App and its content show up in the right language.
- An advertising identifier. A resettable identifier provided by your device — the Google Advertising ID on Android, or the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) on iOS. On iOS, this identifier is only made available to the App if you grant permission through the App Tracking Transparency prompt described further down. It helps us understand which marketing campaigns actually bring people to the App.
- Marketing attribution details. When the App is installed we receive information about the source of the install — for example, organic search or a specific ad campaign. On Android this comes partly from the Play Store install referrer; on iOS it comes through Apple's privacy-preserving attribution mechanisms (SKAdNetwork / AdServices) and, if you allow tracking, from Apple Search Ads.
Inside the App's Built-in Browser
Sweet Candy Nanza uses a small built-in browser to show the Privacy Policy, the Support page, and related content without kicking you out to Chrome. A couple of things to know about it:
- The built-in browser behaves like any normal browser — the websites it loads may set cookies (including third-party cookies) and use local storage. These live on your device and follow standard browser rules; clearing the App's data removes them.
- The built-in browser does not collect anything beyond what's described in the "Automatically" section above. Any website opened inside it is governed by that website's own privacy practices.
When You Contact Us
The App's Support page includes a contact form so you can ask a question, share an idea, or report a bug. You're in charge of what goes in it. When you submit the form, you may choose to share:
- Your name and email address, so we can reply to you.
- A message describing your question or the issue you ran into.
- An optional attachment — a screenshot, image, document, or video. When you tap the attachment field, your device's standard file picker opens; from there you can take a fresh photo or video using your device's camera app, or pick an existing file. The App itself never opens the camera directly — your device's built-in camera app handles that part, and we only receive the file you choose to submit.
Anything you send this way is used only to respond to your message and, if relevant, to investigate the issue.
What the App Stores on Your Device
SweetPlan is designed to work locally, so most of the data that makes the App useful never leaves your phone:
- Gift events, reminders, favorite recipes, wheel customizations, ingredient checklists, and your preferences (theme accent, unit system, default reminder, etc.).
- Scheduled local notifications for reminders you've set up. These are triggered by your device's notification system and never sent through our servers.
- Cached browser data from the built-in browser (cookies, local storage) described above.
None of this on-device data is transmitted to us. You can erase it at any time from Settings → Data → Delete All Data inside the App, by clearing the App's data from Android's Apps settings, or by uninstalling and reinstalling the App on iOS.
How Do We Use What We Collect?
Only for the following, nothing else:
- To run the App, keep it working, and tailor it to your device's language.
- To understand how people discovered Sweet Candy Nanza and measure whether our marketing is reaching the right audience.
- To reply to you when you contact us.
- To investigate technical issues and improve reliability.
- To meet legal obligations when we have to.
We do not sell your personal information, and we don't build advertising profiles about you.
Who Do We Share Information With?
We only share with the service providers listed below, and only what's needed for the purposes above.
- AppsFlyer — helps us understand install attribution and marketing performance. The advertising identifier (where permitted), attribution details, and the App's anonymous identifier are shared with AppsFlyer. AppsFlyer may also collect additional device-level data (such as IP address, device model, and OS version) as part of its standard operation.
Policy: appsflyer.com/legal/services-privacy-policy - Google Play Services (Android) — provides the Google Advertising ID and handles install referrer data on Android devices.
Policy: policies.google.com/privacy - Apple (iOS) — provides the Identifier for Advertisers and handles install attribution through SKAdNetwork / AdServices on iOS devices.

App Tracking Transparency (iOS)
On iOS 14.5 and later, Apple requires apps to ask for your permission before tracking you across apps or websites owned by other companies. The first time you launch Sweet Candy Nanza on an iPhone or iPad, you will see a system prompt titled "Allow Sweet Candy Nanza to track your activity across other companies' apps and websites?" with two options: Ask App Not to Track or Allow.
- If you tap Allow, the App and AppsFlyer receive your device's Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) along with the attribution data described earlier.
- If you tap Ask App Not to Track, the App does not receive the IDFA, and attribution is measured using Apple's privacy-preserving mechanisms (SKAdNetwork) where available — no cross-app identifier is collected.
- You can change your choice at any time under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, or disable tracking globally for all apps from the same screen.
This section applies only on iOS. On Android, the advertising identifier is managed through Android's own settings described under "What Choices Do You Have?" above.
How Long Do We Keep It, and How Is It Protected?
We only hold onto information for as long as it's needed for the purposes described above, or as required by law. A few specifics:
- The anonymous identifier stays on your device until you clear the App's data or uninstall.
- The advertising identifier is managed by Google Play Services on Android and by iOS itself on iPhone/iPad — you can reset it or limit its use whenever you like.
- AppsFlyer manages its own installation identifier tied to your app install.
- Cookies and local storage in the built-in browser follow standard browser rules and stay on your device.
- Messages you send through the contact form are kept only as long as needed to resolve your inquiry.
All network traffic between the App and our providers is encrypted (HTTPS). We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure — so we can't promise absolute security.
Is Sweet Candy Nanza Meant for Children?
No. The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region), and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you think a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we'll delete it right away.
What Happens If This Policy Changes?
If we update this Privacy Policy, we'll update the "Last Updated" date at the top and, if the change is significant, flag it inside the App. Continuing to use Sweet Candy Nanza after a change means you accept the revised policy.
How Can You Reach Us?
For any questions about this policy or about how your information is handled, get in touch through our contact page. We aim to reply within a couple of business days.
